Script And story board

 This will be the script and storyboard for the ad project Written by Gusde and Candra

Scene: 1

Interviewer (Sagara): So mr candra could you please retell your paranormal experience? 

Interviewee(Candra) : Saya melihat sebuah asap di atas pohon bringin dan di sana adalah sebuah wanita yang melakukan ritual leak.

Scene: 2

Interviewer(Sagara): is this a normal occurence here?

Interviewee(Candra): Ya

Reflection:

I made the interviewer parts in english and Candra made the indonesian parts.

We decided that the interview would speak english so that our target audience of foreigners would be able to understand. We also wanted the interviewer to have foreign ethnocenterism where he isnt completely undertsanding fo balinese culture and thus we create this mystery and intrigue.

The interviewee, a balinese local, on the other hand speaks indonesian with a balinese dialect this creates a more authentic image of balinese locals and adds an added layer of authenticity about the experience. 

In the proccess of shooting the main mix up was candra was speaking in a fast monoton voice like robotic you could say and other failures were due to a large amount of enthusiasm (laughing).

story board :   it shows a sunset with a establishing shot  for 9 second with a soft relaxing music , than there will be a light switch sound followed by the screen going dark . Then the camera pans showing a temple with a traditional gamelan music , with a long shot and keep panning  for 6- 7 second ,then there is a transition to an interview with a local people . than the camera will shakes with a intense music and the interviewee's face will be shock and followed by  a pan shot showing an creature with scary face and the camera will glitch and fall .

Potential hazards:	Stranger danger/coral and other natural hazards
Evaluate risks:	We may get cut from the corals and face sea fauna which could be toxic and strangers may rob us and take our equiptment
Control measures:	We will wear foot protection that will protect us from sharp corals, blue ring octopus ETC. We will also be vigilant of any suspicious strangers lurking in the area.

Reflection:

This helped by filtering out good and bad locations which helped us find the perfect location for shooting in terms of ease of accessiblity and the quality of the location. At the end we did go to all these locations but we decided to replace mertasari beach to legian beach as the sunset  in mertasari was sub-par and during shooting it was cloudy. so we went to legian beach in stead where we got our final version of the footage. In terms of the first location everything went well but since we were shooting at night the lighting was quite bad and thus it was very pixelated and that got us in our first shoot but on our second we solved this problem by using flashlights to help light up the set.

Another problem encountered is similar to the one I encountered in the research blog that I cannot upload pictures into the blog
